Eurodis general RMA policy applicable for our customers

These conditions supercedes any other condition as might be noted in documents, such as customer purchase orders, if not otherwise agreed upon and confirmed in writing by Eurodis.

RMA report requirement

Request for an RMA should be sent together with an error report to sales(at)eurodis.nu. No reclamations will be accepted without an RMA. Following information are required in the report:
